We specialize in producing beautiful weddings and events in Calgary and the Rocky Mountains, and we are also open to destination travel. We are passionate about creating a flawless, fun experience, and our team will ensure that your event is executed just as you envisioned. 1.0 wedding management
Are you a type-A couple, crushing your wedding planning, but looking for someone you can trust to step in and take over all of your hard work? Maybe you'd rather not burden your loved ones with any setup or takedown on your big day?
Our Wedding Management package (aka month of coordination) is for you! We're here to iron out those final details, allowing you to entrust us with the rest. Sit back, relax, and dance the night away while we handle everything on your wedding day!

Working with Mel was an absolute dream - being from the states, we knew we needed a wedding planner with local connections to ensure a beautiful wedding in Banff. After interviewing a few, we best connected with Mel, who is detail oriented yet relaxed (which helped with our stress!), kind, knowledgeable, and so so good at planning and adding little ideas to ensure our day went perfectly. Mel's communication was INCREDIBLE, often responding within 24 hours and she was always available for a quick zoom if needed. We felt so relieved when she took the reins a month before the wedding (we chose the month of package, but felt so supported for the entire year of planning). Our Wedding Management & Design package is a combo package of planning and design, where we take your wedding vision and help bring it to life. We create your wedding aesthetic, choose your colour palette, and design everything from table top layout to ceremony backdrop, and everything in-between.
We'll also help with the areas you're scratching your head over, and guide you towards the end goal - marrying your best friend. Think of this partial planning package as our answer to everything you want, without the extras you don't need!

She was with us every step of the way in the planning process, and gave us so many great recommendations to help us plan the perfect day.
