WHAT TO EXPECT ON OUR INITIAL CALL?
Once you book an initial complimentary consult with us, we will ask you some basic questions about your wedding, and what you envision the day looking like. We will go over things like guest count, venue, any booked vendors, etc. We will then go over our wedding planning services in detail, so that you understand what we can help you with! Think of this call as a time for us to get to know each other, and to make sure that we are the right fit for your wedding day.
WHEN SHOULD I HIRE A WEDDING PLANNER?
We understand that planning your wedding can be stressful, full of emotion, opinions from others, and just something that a lot of people don't have the time for. While we would love to start working with you from the very beginning of your journey, we can happily start to help at any point in the process.
We can use our connections and experience to help you chose the right venue, vendors, decor, all while helping you stay on budget, ensuring your design vision come to life, and overall make the planning experience a fun and easy experience.
CAN I HIRE YOU FOR THE COMPLETE PLANNING PACKAGE IF I'VE ALREADY HIRED SOME OF MY VENDORS?
Of course! We’re happy to pick up where you left off and coordinate with any of your current vendors to ensure no
detail is unaccounted for as your wedding vision comes to life. We also have a list of preferred vendors. So if there are vendors you’re still looking to contract, we’re happy to curate a list of potential options that match your budget, aesthetic and personality.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HIRE YOU FOR WEDDING MANAGEMENT BUT REALIZE I NEED MORE SUPPORT?
You’re welcome to increase the level of support at any point with add-ons or upgrade to a more comprehensive package, if you realize that you require more assistance with the planning process.
HOW MUCH ACCESS DO I GET YOU FOR AS MY PLANNER?
Our goal is to be there for you throughout the entire process. You are able to schedule meetings and phone calls as needed, although we will be regularly checking in to ensure that everything is going smoothly, and no issues
WHAT IS THE PAYMENT STRUCTURE FOR YOUR PACKAGES?
Upon signing of the contract, a 50% retainer is due, followed by the remaining 50% one month prior to your wedding
Complete Wedding Planning
Upon signing of the contract, a 40% retainer is due, followed by a 30% payment 6 months prior to the wedding date, then the final 30% one month prior to your wedding date.
