This quaint community has fast become one of the most popular destinations for weddings outside of Calgary, and is home to some of our favourite wedding venues. Our team of wedding planners will happily travel for your destination wedding, and have planned and coordinated many weddings in Canmore region.

The Malcolm Hotel
The Malcolm Hotel is a modern, luxury hotel in the heart of Canmore, providing both an outdoor and indoor venue for wedding ceremonies and receptions. The Malcolm boasts a beautiful ballroom with floor to ceiling windows that frame the mountainous backdrop. We love our past experiences with the staff and vendors at this hotel, and it is one of our favourite venues to work at!

Silvertip Resort
A tried and true classic venue in the mountains, Silvertip resort has long been a favourite wedding venue in the town of Canmore. This rustic, yet spectacular golf resort hosts a stunning backdrop with their gazebo ceremony space, and their reception hall provides a warm, welcoming area for guests to celebrate.

The Gem
Canmore's newest wedding and event venue is The Gem. Technically located in Harvie Heights, this 2-floor mid century modern space boasts 2 beautiful bars, and breathtaking views from their floor to ceiling windows. We can't wait to work here in 2025!

Our wedding ran so smoothly because of Melissa! She made sure that all of our vendors were updated and that we felt at ease leading up to the big day. She had a very detailed production schedule that kept everyone involved very organized and on time. Melissa also helped execute the vision of our décor and stationary just how we imagined, if not even better! If you're looking for a planner or month of coordinator, I HIGHLY recommend Melissa.
